Meet & Greet 

It is part of our Licensing conditions that every client and their dog attends a pre booked Meet & Greet at our house by Appointment only, before agreeing to Day care or Boarding; this enables me to informally see how dog socialises & behaviors any barking issues so I am fully educated as to which dogs they can associate with. We don't like to take risks & if I feel any dogs mixed together with other dogs I wont be able to take them on, during your stay any excessive  barking issues or aggression DISCLAIMER your emergency contacted will be called to collect your dog so honesty best policy!!! we will happily recommend other local boarders for your doggy that may better suit your needs should they not settle.

We are not insured to care for ANY animal listed under The Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 OR any Unsprayed bitches, or Un-neutered males.

I will need to see full proof on Whasapp of last vaccination last flea & wormed before meet & greet before hand as i need to protect each and every dog in my care.

I will need to know of any last vet visits health issues medication allergies & forms fully filled out as they will be checked and fed back to you !

Pick up and drop off times are agreed on the dates times you drop will mean we have agreed a time based on all this your holiday package is worked out please note bank hols & xmas are charged at time !
